The court documents state that Turner and Jonas met late last week to discuss their separation, during which Turner reiterated the «agreed plan» for the children to return «home to England.» Nevertheless, Jonas allegedly refused to return their passports and send them to the UK. Currently, Turner is reported to be in New York with the children.
