The one place Trump hasn't been, however, is the campaign trail. And though she has been upfront about her absence, politically speaking, it remains somewhat mysterious. This podcast illuminates intricacies of American history and hints at future developments. One standout episode is Off the Record, On the Stand. It delves into the ethical complexities surrounding journalists testifying in court. Micah Loewinger from On the Media found himself in this situation when his reporting on militia groups involved in the January 6 Capitol attack was cited as evidence in a case against them.

Biden administration finalised restrictions on investments by US individuals and companies into advanced technology in China, including semiconductors, quantum computing and artificial intelligence. The rules, which come after more than a year of deliberation, ban some investments into those industries and require the US government to be notified about others. The goal is to prevent American capital and know-how from helping China develop critical technologies that could lend Beijing a military edge. «US investments, including the intangible benefits like managerial assistance and access to investment and talent networks that often accompany such capital flows, must not be used to help countries of concern develop their military, intelligence, and cyber capabilities,» Paul Rosen, assistant Treasury secretary for investment security, said in a press release.

markets UPS Digital Manufacturing Racing Strategy Schools Donald Trump is the perfect tribal chief for ‘palaeoliths’ in MAGA tees’n’baseball caps
Donald Trump. Yet, there's an even chance that he'd emerge victorious from the Nov 5 US presidential election. How do Trump and his team manage to distort reality so well? A big part of the problem is what sociobiologist Edward O Wilson identified: humans have palaeolithic emotions, mediaeval institutions and godlike technology. Trump is tall, walks taller, talks loud, is rich, and projects power. That is enough to make him leader for 21st-century cavemen in MAGA tees and baseball caps. He feeds fear of the outsider, with his charge that illegal immigrants are rapists, killers and drug peddlers, and promises to undertake the largest deportation of aliens the world has seen. The tribe, forever wary of strangers, rallies around this protector.

markets Digital Election President show reports Colleges US election results: Donald Trump is winning against Kamala Harris but there is a catch, polls show
US election 2024 campaign have claimed their Presidential credentials but Republican candidate seems to be winning the White House Race. However, there is a certain battleground mathematics, IANS reported quoting RealClear Polling's (RCP) aggregation of polls. RCP aggregation of polls show that Trump is reportedly having a slender lead in all the seven swing states that sets him on the path to victory with 312 electoral college votes to Vice President Kamala Harris' 226. The winner needs 270 votes for a majority in the 538-member electoral college. However, all this comes with a big caveat: The polling data is within the margin of error and there is no certainty that it will hold on November 5. Therefore, suspense clouds the verdict in the election only a week away.
