AccuWeather meteorologist Paul Pastelok highlighted that snow in northern Arizona could deter voters from polling sites, while northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula may also experience snowfall. He noted that the weather could affect older voters who might be less inclined to brave the elements. Pastelok mentioned that a low-pressure system might deliver rain and snow early in the day, complicating voting plans.

In 2020, Joe Biden won all the swing states that may experience poor weather, although parts of Michigan's Upper Peninsula supported Trump.
For the remaining swing states, forecasts are more favorable. Georgia is expected to remain dry until after polls close, North Carolina looks warm and dry, parts of Pennsylvania may see rain in the evening, and Nevada should experience near-average temperatures.
