Alpha Gang: New alien comedy’s plot, cast and production team
Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun and Zoë Kravitz will star in Alpha Gang. It is a new alien invasion comedy from the Zellner brothers, known for their work on Sasquatch Sunset. The film is being marketed at the American Film Market (AFM).

Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun, Zoë Kravitz, Léa Seydoux, Riley Keough and Channing Tatum are confirmed cast members of Alpha Gang. Cate Blanchett is also part of the cast, alongside producers David and Nathan Zellner. Blanchett will co-produce through her company Dirty Films with Coco Francini, Gina Gammell for Felix Culpa and Ryan Zacarias for Fat City.

Plot
Alpha Gang follows a group of aliens sent to Earth to conquer it. Disguised as a 1950s-style biker gang, they initially appear menacing, but their mission changes when they contract a ‘contagious’ human disease—emotion. The story blends humor and alien invasion themes, exploring how feelings transform the invaders' objectives.
Distribution and Sales
MK2 Films is handling the film’s international sales. CAA Media Finance is responsible for its North American distribution rights. Production is set to begin in Spring 2025, with cinematography by Mike Gioulakis, known for his work with Jordan Peele and M. Night Shyamalan.
