IPO Waves Digital Manufacturing Action economy country New patterns coming up in India and we have to predict those to make money: Pashupati Advani
Pashupati Advani, Founder & Chairman, Global Foray, says “I unfortunately bailed out of Paytm a little early, so I am kind of watching it go up and missing it. Zomato is okay and with the World Cup, definitely the numbers have been good and the stickiness is also going to be there. So it is the way India is moving and it is new patterns that are coming up and we actually have to predict those to make money.” How is your portfolio shaping up? What have you been busy analysing and adding in your portfolios? I am a little bit reluctant to add aggressively simply because we are not at highs. But there is a lot of turmoil. I find it very difficult to believe that even though people are slaughtering each other in Israel and Gaza and in Ukraine and Russia, markets continue to trade up sort of quite interestingly. But there obviously seems to be money around. But I am a little surprised at where things are going. I have actually not been so aggressive.

Amichai Eliyahu suggested that dropping nuclear weapons on Gaza is «one of the options» and no aid should be transferred to Gaza, Times of Israel reported. His remarks drew condemnation including from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who suspended him «indefinitely». On being asked in an interview with Radio Kol Berama whether he was suggesting that some kind of nuclear bomb might be dropped on the enclave, Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu said «That's one way.» Eliyahu voiced his objection against any humanitarian aid into Gaza, saying «We wouldn't hand the Nazis humanitarian aid,» and charging that «there is no such thing as uninvolved civilians in Gaza,» Times of Israel reported. He further backed retaking the territory of the Gaza Strip and restoring the settlements there. On being asked about the fate of the Palestinian population, he said, «They can go to Ireland or deserts, the monsters in Gaza should find a solution by themselves.» The Israeli Minister asserted that the northern Strip has «no right to exist», adding that anyone waving a Palestinian or Hamas flag «shouldn't continue living on the face of the earth,» Times of Israel reported. Digital Action Bill stage country travelers Time NOT Daylight Saving Time: Why did two US states not change the time? Here’s what you may need to know
annual rollback of time, with their digital devices automatically jumping back an hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday. However, in Hawaii and most of Arizona, it was business as usual with no changes to the clocks. Why did two US states not change the time? Since 1968, Arizona has opted out of daylight saving time, mainly because of the state's intense sunshine. The logic is simple: less daylight at the end of the day equals cooler evenings. The Navajo Nation in Arizona, however, does observe daylight saving time due to its expansive territory extending into states that do change the time. Hawaii's tropical latitude near the equator means its daylight hours don't vary much throughout the year, making daylight saving time unnecessary.

Action Exodus Death The World to Israel: After Gaza, what?
military action that became inevitable given the remorseless logic created by the October 7 attacks by Hamas that killed some 1,400 Israelis. Given the magnitude of that move, Israel had no option but to attack Gaza with stated maximalist aims: the elimination of Hamas. Considering the militant organisation runs the densely populated territory — it's more Taliban than the Islamic State, in this respect — civilian casualties are sadly inevitable as Israel follows its goal of uprooting it.

Platform Action Puzzle TikTok social TikTok faces heat over 'acoustic'. Know the meaning
TikTok users have encountered a puzzling term – 'acoustic.' But what does «being acoustic» actually mean in the TikTok universe? The definition of this term might not be immediately clear, as it has taken on a rather ambiguous usage. TikTok is renowned for its diverse range of content, spanning from comedy to social commentary, and this diversity has led to the emergence of various new terms and phrases frequently used by its users. Throughout the history of internet social platforms, such as TikTok, novel slang and terminology have often been born and embraced, and 'acoustic' is just one example of this trend. However, the usage of 'acoustic' on TikTok has stirred controversy, not because of any connection to unplugged music or sound dynamics, but due to its troubling connotations. Upon hearing the term 'acoustic,' you might naturally think of music. Most individuals with even a basic understanding of music would recognize an acoustic guitar and comprehend how the acoustics of a room can influence the way music sounds. Nevertheless, on TikTok, referring to someone as 'acoustic' has a far different, and generally less pleasant, meaning. In certain videos and comments, you may encounter phrases like, «Why did [x] do that? Are they acoustic?» According to the Urban Dictionary, 'acoustic' is an intentional mispronunciation of 'autistic,' and it is frequently used in response to actions deemed «ridiculously stupid or ignorant» by the commenter.
