And this is nuts,» CNN quoted Navarro saying. Action Actor voice Danny Masterson receives 30-year prison sentence. This is what happened
Danny Masterson, known for his roles in «That 70's Show» and «The Ranch,» has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after being found guilty of two out of three forcible rape charges earlier this year. The actor, who maintains his innocence, faced a potential sentence of 30 years to life behind bars. Masterson was accused of raping three women at his Hollywood Hills residence between 2001 and 2003, coinciding with his time on «That 70's Show.» The jury convicted him of raping two women in 2003 but could not reach a verdict on an allegation from November 2001 involving a former girlfriend, despite jurors leaning towards conviction. During the sentencing, the three victims described the profound impact of Masterson's actions on their lives, with one labeling him «a true coward and heartless monster.» Another victim revealed the lasting trauma, stating, «Every time I think I’m okay, that rape comes back to me.» The third victim disclosed her diagnosis of PTSD. Masterson, appearing in a suit with a full-grown beard and slicked-back hair, remained silent during his sentencing. Several members of Masterson's family, including his wife Bijou Phillips and siblings Alanna Masterson, Christopher Masterson, and Jordan Masterson, were present in the courtroom, visibly emotional. Target Aware Action country Power At Sherpa meet, G20 members agree to phase down unabated coal power
G20 members late Thursday agreed to make an effort towards the “phasedown of unabated coal power”, staying with the text of the Bali declaration on the issue. This was decided at the Sherpa-level deliberations that aim to finalise the text for the Leaders’ Declaration. India’s proposal to expand it to “phase-down of fossil fuel” ran into stiff opposition from Saudi Arabia and Russia, people aware of the deliberations told ET. The “phasedown of coal power”, agreed on in earlier declarations, is in the context of energy efficiency and in line with national circumstances, and does not impinge on India’s energy security, the people said. The cue was taken from the Bali declaration where the phrase “phasedown of unabated coal power” found agreement among all members. The language has also been used earlier in the UNFCCC Glasgow Climate Pact and the Sharm el-Sheikh Implementation Plan. Unabated coal power is generally understood to mean coal power without carbon capture utilisation and storage. There was no mention of a phasedown of coal power at the outcome of the G20 Energy Transition ministerial meeting in July, a prelude to the leaders’ summit.

UPS Williams Action Racing Chase show 2024 Trump’s 2024 Eligibility Ignites Debate—and Litigation
Since the day Donald Trump supporters rampaged through the Capitol in 2021, legal scholars have pondered whether a post-Civil War clause in the Constitution that disqualifies insurrectionists from public office can prevent him from ever reclaiming the presidency. As polls show Trump surging toward another Republican presidential nomination, the question of his eligibility under the 14th Amendment is no longer merely academic. A left-leaning legal watchdog on Wednesday filed suit in Denver demanding that Trump be excluded from Colorado’s primary ballot, the first of an expected barrage of challenges, petitions and lawsuits seeking to disqualify the former president across the electoral map.
