The movie has collected a whopping Rs 35.25 crore within four days of its release! The movie enjoyed a huge opening day figure at Rs 15 crore and went on to earn Rs 9.9 and Rs 10 crore in the following days respectively. ‘Kushi’ also marks Deverakonda’s triumphant return to box-office glory. For the past five years or so, the ‘Arjun Reddy’ star had struggled to get a hit. His Bollywood debut ‘Liger’ (also starring Ananya Pandey) couldn’t make a dent at the box-office. The movie also reaffirms Prabhu’s return as the reigning queen of Telugu cinema. Her last movie ‘Shakuntalam’ (based on the Indian epic) also suffered a lacklustre fate at the box-office.
