Mumbai's Bandra-Worli Sea Link also jumped on the bandwagon to celebrate on Saturday night with Lord Ram's image seen illuminated on the sea bridge. Mumbai Bandra-Worli Sea Link is a cable-stayed bridge with eight lanes and a length of roughly 5.6 kilometers which links Worli in South Mumbai with Bandra in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai.

Uttar Pradesh government is gearing up to ensure that Ayodhya is ready for the expected surge in tourists after the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony gets over on January 22 and the temple is opened to the public two days later. In focus are accommodation, logistics, traffic movement, parking spaces, drinking water arrangements, route diversions and the availability of electric buses for the movement of pilgrims inside Ayodhya city, among other things. tier-II and III cities witnessed a 13 per cent growth in 2023 with 1 crore applications, a report said on Saturday. In 2022, there were 2.7 crore applications from tier-II and III cities, of which 87 lakh were from women looking for financial independence, according to data from jobs and professional networking platform apna.co. According to the report, the total applications for tier-II and III cities in 2023 were 3.2 crore, of which 1 crore were from women, the report said.

Almost immediately after entering their phone numbers, the fraudsters obtain access to the linked bank accounts. The entire process of siphoning off the funds takes mere seconds. Some deceitful groups are even enticing people with offers like phone recharge, using a similar modus operandi to gain unauthorised access to bank accounts. A city police officer cautioned, «There is hardly any religious organization or institution that delivers prasad like this. If anyone comes across such messages, please ignore them and don’t click on any links.»
