India building world’s largest renewable energy project in salt deserts bordering Pakistan
KHAVDA: Rising from the bare expanse of the large salt desert that separates India from Pakistan is what will likely be the world's largest renewable energy project when completed three years from now. The solar and wind energy project will be so big that it will be visible from space, according to developers of what is called the Khavda renewable energy park, named after the village nearest to the project site. At the site, thousands of laborers install pillars on which solar panels will be mounted.

Under this initiative, the government aims to support the adoption of 7090 eBuses, 5 lakh e-3 Wheelers, 55,000 e-4 Wheeler Passenger Cars, and 10 lakh e-2 Wheelers. The scheme also facilitates the creation of charging infrastructure.

Angel One share price spiked over 10% to hit a 52-week high on Wednesday after the stock broking company posted an upbeat monthly business update registering a sharp 51% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its client base during November.
