Reliance Industries (RIL) have disappointed the Street as RIL's share price dipped over 2 per cent in early deals on Monday (July 24). Among the impacted areas, Metairie suffered the largest outage, with nearly 3,800 customers expected to remain without power until 3 p.m. Other regions in Jefferson Parish were not spared either, as Destrehan had approximately 1,300 customers left without electricity, Kenner had 700, and about 1,600 customers on the West Bank of the parish were affected. In the city of New Orleans, power outages affected around 2,200 customers in the Uptown area, approximately 200 in the Broadmoor-Central City area, and almost 5,100 customers on the West Bank in Algiers. For the Algiers customers, a restoration time of noon was estimated. To stay informed about outages in their respective areas, customers can visit the Entergy outage map online or report any outages or downed power lines using the provided links. As the utility company diligently works on resolving the power outage situation, affected customers have been urged to stay updated through these channels and patiently await the restoration of electricity in their regions.
