Investing.com — The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday sued Elon Musk to force him to provide testimony in the agency's probe into his purchase of Twitter last year. 

(Reuters) -Elon Musk, the world's richest man, is under investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over his $44 billion takeover of social media giant Twitter, according to a Thursday court filing in which the agency sought to compel Musk to testify.

It seems Musk has not yet responded to the petition.Grimes has not requested child support or custody rights, which are commonly filed with such a petition.
