Zee Entertainment and its subsidiary Margo Networks have lost their claims in the arbitration against Navratna PSU RailTel Corporation of India. An arbitration tribunal — formed over the dispute over the termination of the contract for content-on-demand (COD) by the PSU — rejected the claim of Margo Networks. «This is to inform you that the Arbitral Tribunal vide its Arbitral Award has rejected the said claims filed by the Company and Margo against Railtel,» according to a regulatory filing from Zee Entertainment. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) and its subsidiary had initiated arbitration proceedings, opposing «wrongful termination of the Content on Demand Agreement» by Railtel, and claimed the amounts wrongfully forfeited by the public sector undertaking.

Ankur Rudra: On the AI side of the equation, it is useful to take a step back and remember that tech services companies effectively tend to implement a lot of the new technology that comes by. So, to implement AI at an enterprise level, most large enterprises will need IT services companies to help them with doing that to integrate IT and AI into their processes. Mumbai: Two days before a US court indicted senior officials of Adani Green Energy for allegedly bribing Indian state government officials to secure lucrative power contracts, bulls on two of the group companies' derivatives counters slashed their long positions, saving them from massive losses that hit the group shares after the news broke. A report of the allegations, dismissed as "baseless" by the Adani Group, surfaced early on Thursday morning, leaving investors with a ₹2.24-trillion hole in their pockets at the end of the day.

Religare Enterprises (REL) have resigned in the past two months. On Friday, REL informed the stock exchanges that its newly-appointed company secretary and compliance officer, Rajat Kalra, has resigned. Kalra, who was appointed on October 8, submitted his resignation on October 24. He had joined in the place of Reena Jayara who had left the New Delhi-based financial services firm on October 7. The group's chief financial officer Nitin Aggarwal also quit the company on November 12.

Bharti Airtel to “positive” from stable, as it expects the Sunil Mittal-led telco’s earnings and cash flows to rise over the next 24 months, gaining from the industry-wide headline rate hikes of July. The positive outlook, it added, reflects the possibility of an improvement in Airtel’s stand-alone credit profile (SACP) owing to its healthy earnings and easing leverage. In an official statement Friday, the global ratings agency, though, said Airtel’s upgrade could “remain contingent” on a similar action on the sovereign rating on India.
