Whereas, due to the urgency of the situation and the circumstances not permitting the serving of notice in due time, this order is passed exparte under Sub-section (2) of Section 163 BNSS, 2023, and directed to the public in general.»

Global Investor Summit 2025, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced that the state has received investment proposals totalling ₹30.77 lakh crores.
