earthquake of magnitude 3.7 on the Richter Scale hit the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir in the early hours of Tuesday, the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) informed. According to the NCS, the earthquake occurred at around 1.10 am at a depth of 5 km. The epicentre of the earthquake was found to be at latitude 33.36 and longitude 76.67, as per NCS. «Earthquake of Magnitude: 3.7, Occurred on 26-12-2023, 01:10:26 IST, Lat: 33.36 & Long: 76.67, Depth: 5 Km, Location: Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir, India,» the NCS posted on X.

In its complaint, Wipro said Mohd Haque, who quit in June this year, had agreed to certain restrictions on his post-employment activities, including prohibition of work for a small set of Wipro competitors including Cognizant, for 12 months after his employment ended. Upon Haque’s promotion to the role of Wipro’s senior vice president (SVP) and localisation as a US employee, he was eligible to receive more than $1 million in equity awards over many years, said the complaint filed in a US court.

Huawei, its chief executive and three other top executives, summoning them to commence prosecution proceedings in a case filed by the Income Tax Department. The tax department had approached the magisterial court seeking to prosecute the company and the executives on charges of deliberately not providing information sought by it.
