International Conference of the Bled Strategic Forum will take place in Bled, Slovenia between September 2-3. This year's conference is titled «A World of Parallel Realities» and will be marked by new innovative approaches in the programme and even greater involvement of youth. «The awareness that we live in a world of parallel realities encourages us to bring these realities together for the common good. Don't just upgrade products, invent new use cases for technology
From artificial intelligence (AI) and electric vehicles to blockchain and composites, we are in a golden age of innovation. To unlock value from these technologies, though, businesses must transform themselves, and, according to a McKinsey and Company study, over 70% of such efforts fall short. Obviously, businesses adopting a new technology need the right key performance indicators (KPIs) and internal alignment of their operations to ensure they get what they want out of it.

Call for non-political family youths to join politics has received tremendous response, PM Modi says
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that his call from the ramparts of the Red Fort on Independence Day to the youths from non-political backgrounds to join the political system has got an impressive response, with many people reaching out to him through letters and social media. In an apparent dig at some of the Opposition parties which 'promote dynasty politics', he underlined that some of these talented youths from ordinary families informed him that family-based parties crush ambitions of capable people. In his 113th Mann ki Baat address, the PM recalled on Sunday his request that one lakh youths from non-political backgrounds should become a part of the political system. «This call from me has garnered a tremendous response. We learnt that a large number of our youths are eagerly ready to enter politics. All they are looking for is the right opportunity and apt guidance,» he said.
