In an address at a conference, he told top executives of leading global semiconductor firms that their decisions and relationships have implications far beyond immediate business and can contribute to re-engineering the global economy.

Biren Singh) as he is a villain to the ongoing ethnic conflict in Manipur. BJP and its governments are responsible for the Manipur crisis and loss of many lives and the mayhem. BJP is a lost face, Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) is a lost face.»
