Processed human bones, or those that have been sterilized to reduce the risk of infection, are required to perform bone fixation surgery in patients who may be suffering from bone cancer, or had a trauma, or other medical conditions that have destroyed their bones.

Inventory fell 2% in the period but Chief Financial Officer Matt Friend said those levels remain «elevated across all categories.» The company is trying to turn things around against a backdrop of weak consumer spending and fallout from President Donald Trump's escalating trade war. China also remained a weak spot, with sales missing analyst expectations amid a prolonged consumer slump in the market. There were 269 schemes in the mentioned period, of which 262 gave negative return on SIP investments. The top losers in the list were from Samco Mutual Fund. Samco Flexi Cap Fund gave a loss of around 33.56% on SIP investments in the current financial year so far. A monthly SIP of Rs 10,000 made in this fund on April 1, 2024 would have been Rs 98,306 now against an invested amount of Rs 1.20 lakh. Samco ELSS Tax Saver Fund which lost 29.12% on SIP investments in the same period.

According to Gallup data used in the World Happiness Report, one key reason behind the U.S. decline is an increase in social isolation. More Americans are dining alone and reporting weaker social ties, which correlates with declining well-being. Young people under 30 have been particularly affected, with many feeling less supported by friends and family and reporting a lack of optimism about their financial future.

United Liberation Front of Asom (Independent) has warned the organizers of the Bihu functions and prominent singers to avoid singing Hindi songs during the first seven days of the Rongali Bihu festival. Rongali Bihu (spring festival) is celebrated in April. Bohag is the first month of the Assamese calendar and the Bohag Bihu marks the beginning of the new Assamese calendar year. A statement issued by the Ulfa faction on Thursday said that as Hindi songs are in no way connected to the Bihu celebrations, they appeal to everyone to avoid performing Hindi songs during the first seven days of the Rongali Bihu or Bohag Bihu. During Rongali Bihu, many Bihu functions take place in makeshift pavilions with cultural functions for a couple of days “As the month of Bohag is coming, most of the Bihu organizing committees are busy making plans to organize the Bihu functions. However, of late there is a general tendency to organize functions which mainly focus on Hindi song performances. The Ulfa (I) would not allow this to happen,” said the state signed by the Assistant publicity secretary of the banned organization Ishan Asom.
