Titan Company share price opened with gains of almost 2% on on the BSE on Monday after it reported a better-than-expected September performance led by margins beat. Tata owned-jewellery and watch maker, on Friday had reported a 9.7% YoY rise in its net consolidated profit to ₹916 crore in the September quarter of FY23-24 There was a 21.2% sequential rise in the Titan net profit from ₹756 crore reported in April-June quarter of FY24. Titan’s total consolidated income increased by 37.17% to ₹12,653 in September quarter of FY24, against ₹9,224 crore reported in Q2 FY2022-23.

Protean eGov Technologies IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Protean eGov Technologies Limited has hit primary market today and it will remain available for bidding till 8th November 2023. The book build issue has been offered at a price band of ₹752 to ₹792 per equity share. The company aims to raise ₹490.33 crore from its public offer, which is completely offer for sale (OFS) in nature.

Brookfield Properties, global real estate services company of Brookfield Asset Management, has refinanced debt worth Rs 2,100 crore that was raised against its commercial property Equinox Business Park in Mumbai. The property services company has raised the funds from Punjab National Bank to refinance its earlier debt facility that was extended by Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) in two separate tranches in 2018 and 2020. HDFC was recently merged with HDFC Bank. Of both the facilities, HDFC had extended debt worth Rs 2,000 in 2018 under lease rental discounting (LRD) for a tenure of 180 months at 8.70% interest rate.

OceanaGold (OTC:OCANF) Corp, through its subsidiary OGPI, has revised its annual gold production guidance for its Didipio mine in the Philippines.
