Dehradun, a 4-year-old girl underwent a 3-hour surgery following an attack by a neighbour's German Shepherd. The dog had attacked the girl on March 18, following which the girl's father lodged a complaint at the local police station on Sunday evening. Recounting the event, the girl's father told TOI that his daughter, accompanied by her mother and elder sister, was heading to a shop around noon when the dog attacked her. The girl was immediately rushed to the hospital, where she underwent a 3-hour surgery to address the facial wound.
