Stock split 2024: Shares of OK Play India Ltd will be in focus when the stock market opens on March 11 (Monday). The Board of Directors of OK Play India has declared stock split from one ₹10 per equity share into ten of ₹1 per equity share for its eligible shareholders. The record date by the company to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders for the stock split issue has been fixed on March 11.

National Asset Reconstruction Company of India (NARCL) has proposed to acquire the debt of Jaiprakash Associates from banks for ₹10,000 crore, making it the largest offer made so far by the government-backed asset reconstruction company (ARC) that started operations just over two years ago. If a majority of lenders sell their debt, ARC will acquire the cement, hospitality, real estate, fertiliser and construction businesses of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL) — a flagship company of the Manoj Gaur-promoted Jaypee Group, said people with knowledge of the matter. In fiscal 2023, NARCL acquired 62%, or ₹9,234 crore, of Jaypee Infratech's debt, offering lenders a 39% recovery following an uncontested Swiss challenge auction.

YSRCP's poll campaign from Andhra Pradesh's Bapatla district on Sunday, chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy asserted that the upcoming elections were «one versus all». Info Edge fell 3% on Saturday to the day's low of Rs 5,131.75 on the NSE after the Naukri.com operator informed the exchanges about Google's decision to remove/delist the company's mobile applications, including Naukri.com and 99acres from the Google Play Store. The company in its filing to the exchanges said that Google's decision comes as a surprise since this action was taken without giving due and sufficient notice to Info Edge.

₹5,200 apiece on BSE, and the stock touched an intraday low of ₹5,130 and high of ₹5,230. As Google took this action without providing the firm with enough warning, the company stated in its filing that it was surprised to see its mobile applications removed from the Google Play Store.

₹936.44 crore ($113 million) for "abusing the dominant position of its Play Store in the country" by compelling startups to utilize its payment interface, thereby earning incentives ranging from 11% to 30%, based on each app's earnings. While Google has challenged the CCI order, both the ongoing case and the latest instance are under judicial consideration. Final hearings on the matter are pending before both the CCI and the Supreme Court.

Google has started de-listing some of the apps in India alleging that they were non-compliant with its Play Store policies, ET has learnt. Murugavel Janakiraman, founder and MD of Matrimony.com, which operates portals including BharatMatrimony said that Google took down five to six of its apps on Friday.
