The investment, to be made in one or more tranches, will give Hero MotoCorp a 32.5% stake in Euler Motors on a fully diluted basis, according to a stock exchange filing on Thursday. “Our strategic investment in Euler is a bold step towards realising our vision to «Be the Future of Mobility.» This investment reinforces our commitment to accelerated growth through both organic and inorganic expansion while highlighting the power of collaboration and adaptability in an ever-evolving market," said Pawan Munjal, executive chairman, Hero MotoCorp.

Puravankara Ltd, bought Rs 242.1 crore worth of commercial properties totalling more than 104,000 sq ft carpet area in Mumbai’s western suburb Andheri from Rockfort Estate Developers, an HLV Group promoter company. The transaction, concluded on Wednesday, includes a dozen commercial units on the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors of commercial complex Business Park 2 in Marol locality of the suburb. The company had to pay a stamp duty of around Rs 14.5 crore to register the deal. In written replies to questions in the Rajya Sabha, Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh said the first task force comprises members from the Department of Atomic Energy, Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), Niti Aayog, Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of External Affairs. «The Task Force is looking into various aspects like build, own, operation of nuclear power plants by the private sector, nuclear safety, security, safeguards, fuel procurement/fabrication, waste management, spent fuel reprocessing,» Singh said. He said a separate task force is also looking into the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage (CLND) Act to address the concerns raised by private suppliers. The CLND Act is considered to be the biggest hurdle to private sector participation due to a provision in it that pins liabilities on nuclear suppliers, in addition to the operator, in case of damage.

Real estate credit fund Nisus Finance’s Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund – 1 (RESO-I) has made an exit from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 18.74%, marking the fund’s maiden exit. RESO-I had invested Rs 105 crore into senior secured rated listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issued by Suvita Real Estate, a subsidiary of SPRE, in January 2024. These Debentures were listed in the wholesale debt segment of the Bombay Stock Exchange. The entire NCDs were redeemed by the developer Issuer through internal accruals and capitalization by SPRE.
