
Hero MotoCorp enters electric three-wheeler biz with investment worth Rs 525 crore in Euler Motors
Hero MotoCorp has approved an investment of up to Rs 525 crore in Euler Motors Private Limited, marking the company’s entry into the electric three-wheeler market.
The investment will be made in one or more tranches and aims to provide Hero MotoCorp with a foothold in the growing electric vehicle sector, where electric three-wheelers are projected to account for 35% of total sales in the near future, the company said in an exchange filing on Thursday.

Euler Motors, which operates in 30 cities across India, designs, manufactures, and offers sales and service for electric three-wheelers. The company also recently launched its first electric commercial four-wheeler.
