NEW YORK (Reuters) — U.S. bond giant Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) said on Tuesday it favors bonds over other asset classes next year as it expects economic growth to have peaked and that inflation will slow down.

Following the incident, Johnson was rushed to the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield by ambulance, where he was declared dead, as stated in the Sheffield coroner’s report. A post-mortem examination confirmed that Johnson's cause of death was a neck injury, according to the police. This unfortunate incident has prompted increased scrutiny of player safety in the sport. In response, the English Ice Hockey Association has mandated the use of neck guards for all players during on-ice activities, starting from December 31. Adam Johnson hailed from Minnesota and had a brief stint with the Pittsburgh Penguins in the National Hockey League (NHL). Last week, public and private memorials were held for Johnson in Hibbing, Minn., with a heartfelt eulogy shared by his fiancee, Ryan Wolfe.

NEW DELHI : Bankruptcy resolution professionals (RPs) have stepped up scrutiny of suspect transactions made before bankruptcy filings, moving tribunals to reverse transactions totalling ₹23,700 crore in the September quarter alone. While 24 such questionable transactions—called voidable or avoidance transactions—were flagged to tribunals in the March quarter, it was followed by 76 and 78 in the June and September quarters.
