Kamra show row: Fadnavis must recover damages from Shiv Sainiks involved in vandalism, says Raut
Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut on Monday demanded that Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis recover damages from Shiv Sainiks who vandalised the studio where stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra's show was shot. Speaking to reporters, Raut alleged that there was «gunda raj» (hooliganism) in the state capital and said Fadnavis was incapable of handling the home department. The Mumbai police have registered an FIR against Kamra for allegedly making defamatory remarks against Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde during a show. The police also registered a case against nearly 40 Shiv Sena workers for allegedly vandalising the Habitat Studio in Mumbai's Khar area, where Kamra's show with «gaddar» (traitor) jibe at Shinde was filmed, and a hotel where the studio is located. The comedian taunted Shinde using a modified version of a Hindi song from the film «Dil To Pagal Hai», eliciting laughter from the audience. Raut said Kamra hadn't named anyone in the satire song and questioned the need for the agitated reaction.

According to the local residents and police, Wharton had on September 1, 2025, been trespassing on the properties in the area. Maldives may go Pakistan way: President threatens action against senior scribe
Adhadhu, a fairly popular mainstream online media portal, (known to be pro-MDP and anti-government in orientation) has faced the wrath of the Muizzu government. It has been consistently publishing anti-government stories even since President Muizzu assumed office. Their stories have highlighted the failures, corruption and errors of the government led by Md Muizzu. It has been learnt that Muizzu earlier this month allegedly called up Adhadhu CEO Hussain Fiyaz Moosa and threatened him of ‘strictest action’ for coverage against his son by the media house. The trigger for this was the reported remarks targeting the President’s son, made by an opposition MDP activist, Mariyam ‘Mandhy’ Zubair, at a recent protest rally. The President’s spouse vehemently denied this allegation and also filed a civil suit against the MDP activist. Several senior leaders, Ministers and child rights bodies condemned the remarks, calling it invasion of the child’s dignity.

Bengaluru man spends a fortune on rare 'wolfdog' breed. Netizens say: 'This is money laundering.' Check jaw-dropping price
S Sathish recently hit headlines when he spent a whopping Rs 50 crore on a rare ‘wolfdog’ breed named Cadabomb Okami. In an interview with The Sun, Sathish said, “I spent 50 million rupees on buying this pup because I am fond of dogs and like to own unique dogs and introduce them to India.” According to the report, Sathish has about 150 exotic dog breeds that live on a seven-acre farm and are taken care of by six people. Sathish, who was once recognized as a prominent breeder of canines, has since stepped away from that profession a few years back.
