Bharti Telecom to raise Rs 11,150 crore through NCDs
Bharti Telecom, a key holding company of the Bharti Group for its telecom business, is raising ₹11,150 crore through a new issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), mainly to refinance existing high-cost debt, said people close to the development. The issuance is divided across various tenors and series. The annual coupon rate for the debentures will range from 8.25% to 8.9%, with payments to be made annually and upon maturity for each respective tranche.

Yatharth Hospital to acquire 60% stake in Faridabad-based facility
Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services on Wednesday said its board has approved the acquisition of 60 per cent stake in a Faridabad-based hospital, which is yet to commence operations, at an enterprise value of Rs 152 crore. The company's board has approved to enter into an agreement with MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Pvt Ltd and its shareholders to acquire 60 per cent stake, the healthcare provider said in a regulatory filing. The target company is yet to commence a 400-bed hospital in Faridabad, Haryana. The acquisition will strengthen the company's presence in Delhi-NCR, it said.

Oil rises 2% as US stockpiles drawdown, OPEC+ mulls output hike delay
Oil prices rebounded on Wednesday, rising more than 2% after data showed U.S. crude and gasoline inventories fell unexpectedly last week and on reports that OPEC+ may delay a planned oil output increase. After falling more than 6% earlier in the week on the reduced risk of wider Middle East war, Brent crude futures gained $1.81, or 2.5%, to $72.93 a barrel by 11:30 a.m. EDT (1530 GMT). U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude rose $1.85, or 2.8%, to $69.06.

Agnikul to go commerical early next year, aims 25 launches in a year
Agnikul Cosmos, incubated at IIT Madras, is set to launch its commercial operations within the next six to eight months. The space startup is in active discussions with 30 to 40 potential clients, exploring specific demands and use cases for its Agnibaan rocket, which is equipped with a unique 3D-printed engine, cofounder Srinath Ravichandran told ET. “We are seeing interest beyond traditional communication satellites. Industries are now considering space for advanced manufacturing processes, such as polymer crystallization and drug development, which benefit from the microgravity environment,” he said. The cofounder emphasized that 20% of the demand is coming from newer industries. Given the evolving market for small satellite launch vehicles, the company plans to scale its operations to support around 25 launches per year using its mobile launchpad Dhanush at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) facilities and become a significant player in this market.
