Nifty ended in the green for the second consecutive session on Tuesday, supported by gains in the shares of select heavyweights, including HDFC Bank, Larsen and Toubro and Tata Steel amid positive global cues. However, losses in shares of Reliance Industries (RIL), Bharti Airtel and ICICI Bank capped the gains of the key indices. Global cues were largely positive.

Shriram Finance Ltd. traded at Rs 1850.55 on BSE at 01:55PM (IST) on Tuesday, down 0.73 per cent.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. traded 0.74 per cent down at Rs 1317.0 on Tuesday at around 12:48PM (IST), while the benchmark BSE Sensex advanced 68.64 points to 65065.24. As many as 2,480 shares changed hands on the counter with a total value of Rs 3288.0 crore. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 1422.85 and a 52-week low of Rs 1049.1. On the technical charts, the 200-DMA of the stock stood at Rs 1198.26, while 50-DMA was at Rs 1345.56.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. fell 0.03 per cent to Rs 301.3 in Tuesday's session as of 01:04PM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 126.28 points higher at 65122.88. Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap down start to the session.

₹218.50 apiece on the BSE. According to an Economic Times report, around 0.8% equity of Jio Financial Services changed hands in the block deal. Jio Financial Services shares were also among the top gains on the Nifty index.

GAIL (India) Ltd. traded 0.17 per cent lower in Tuesday's session at 01:09PM (IST).

Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. traded at Rs 488.45 on BSE at 12:08PM (IST) on Tuesday, up 0.39 per cent from previous close. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 412.2 and a high of Rs 652.2. LTIMindtree Ltd. gained 0.62 per cent to Rs 5157.0 in Tuesday's session as of 11:32AM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 58.7 points higher at 65055.3. Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap up start to the session.

Siemens Ltd. traded at Rs 3872.4 on BSE at 11:37AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 0.68 per cent from previous close. The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2670.35 and a high of Rs 4066.1. Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning. A total of 1,835 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:37AM (IST). The stock of Siemens Ltd.

In the Nifty pack, 37 stocks traded in the green, while 13 stocks traded in the red. The Nifty index was trading 28.8 points up at 19334.85. On the BSE, Command Polymers, Omkar Pharma, A F Enterprises, Rajasthan Petro and Swagruha Infra hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Shoora Designs, Gokaldas Export, Wonder Fibromats, Swastika Invest and Promax Power touched their fresh 52-week highs.

Bharat Forge(up 1.37 per cent), Hero MotoCorp(up 1.33 per cent), Bajaj Auto(up 0.88 per cent), Tata Motors(up 0.57 per cent) and Balkrishna Industries(up 0.44 per cent) were among the top gainers. Sona BLW Precision Forgings(down 1.08 per cent), TIINDIA(down 0.34 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra(down 0.08 per cent) and Bosch(down 0.03 per cent) were the top losers on the index. The Nifty Auto index was up 0.33 per cent at 15525.8 at the time of writing this report. Reliance Industries (RIL) share price traded lacklustre in early trade on BSE on Tuesday, a day after the company held its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to present the business blueprint for the next decade. The stock opened at ₹2,447 against the previous close of ₹2,442.55 but slipped over half a per cent to ₹2,424 soon. The stock traded 0.40 per cent lower at ₹2,432.75 around 9:20 am.

Day trading guide for today: Following rally in global market, Indian stock market ended higher on Monday and snapped two days losing streak. NSE Nifty gained 40 points and closed at 19,306 levels, BSE Sensex went up 110 points and closed at 64,996 mark whereas Bank Nifty index shot up 263 points and ended at 44,494 levels.
