Shriram Finance Ltd. gained 0.46 per cent to Rs 1825.9 in Friday's session as of 01:39PM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 373.18 points higher at 65613.86. Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap up start to the session.

Lupin Ltd. rose 2.15 per cent to Rs 1058.1 at 01:34PM hours (IST) on Friday. Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down start to the session.

Bharat Forge Ltd. traded 0.87 per cent higher in Friday's session at 12:58PM (IST).

Ashok Leyland Ltd. traded at Rs 183.05 on BSE at 12:48PM (IST) on Friday, up 1.17 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 133.1 and a high of Rs 186.45.

In the Nifty index, Cipla Ltd.(up 4.28 per cent), Wipro Ltd.(up 2.00 per cent), LTIMindtree Ltd.(up 1.73 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 1.67 per cent) and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(up 1.46 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Cipla(up 3.98 per cent), Natco Pharma(up 1.95 per cent), Torrent Pharmaceuticals(up 1.71 per cent), Zydus Lifesciences(up 1.34 per cent) and Gland Pharma(up 0.83 per cent) were among the top gainers. Abbott India(down 2.35 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 0.73 per cent), Lupin(down 0.48 per cent), Ipca Laboratories(down 0.46 per cent) and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals(down 0.21 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

At the interbank foreign exchange, the rupee was trading in a narrow range.

Havells India Ltd. traded 1.09 per cent higher in Friday's session at 10:35AM (IST).

MphasiS Ltd. traded 1.25 per cent higher in Friday's session at 10:25AM (IST).
