Coinbase, the US-based cryptocurrency exchange, has temporarily paused its staking services in four states in response to legal proceedings from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

HCLTech will acquire a 100% stake in German automotive engineering services provider ASAP Group for €251 million and the transaction is expected to close by September 2023 subject to regulatory approvals, the IT major informed the stock exchanges on Thursday. ASAP is focussed on future-oriented automotive technologies in areas such as autonomous driving, e-mobility, and connectivity.

KPMG said on Tuesday it will spend $2 billion on artificial intelligence and cloud services through an expanded partnership with Microsoft, closely following Accenture in betting on the latest technologies to weather a slowdown in advisory deals. The accounting firm said it will incorporate AI into its core audit, tax and advisory services for clients as part of the five-year partnership.

In a bid to include latest technologies like AI and cloud services, KPMG, will spend $2 billion on the same through an expanded partnership with Microsoft, the accounting firm said on Tuesday. The move has come come after Accenture is heading towards the latest technologies to weather a slowdown in advisory deals.
