A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and SVN Bhatti said the apex court has already defined hate speech and the question now is of implementation of its directions. «We can't deal with individual aspects. If we start dealing with individual cases, it will lead to flooding of cases.

‘It’s a Small World’ sees big fracas as streaker strips down at Disneyland
Disneyland‘s “It’s a Small World” attraction was the site of a big disturbance over the weekend when a man decided to strip down mid-ride and crawl around the exhibit, to the shock of his fellow passengers.Police in Anaheim, Calif., responded to a call to the theme park early Sunday afternoon after the unidentified 26-year-old man exited his boat, took off his shirt, shoes and pants and began climbing over and around the ride’s animatronic characters.Video captured of the incident and posted to Instagram by user @magic.with.maegra shows other visitors and staff encouraging the man to rejoin the ride as a passenger.“Stop, stop! I need you to stop,” a staff member can be heard yelling.“Please just stop, you’re going to get hurt.”A post shared by Maegan (@magic.with.maegra)A passenger cries out, “Oh God, he’s going to break all the stuff.”“They should stop the music,” another visitor suggests. And while the video posted to Instagram is fairly tame as he remains in his underwear, other very NSFW video shows the man wading through the outdoor part of the attraction fully naked.Jonathan McClintock, a spokesman for the Anaheim Police Department, said the man was arrested shortly after for indecent exposure and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.Another video, shared to Instagram by user @iheartdisneyland, shows the man’s clothes and shoes in a pile on the floor inside the ride.A post shared by •Niloufar: Disney mama and wifey (@iheartdisneyland)“When you get stuck on small world, weird things happen lol he just pushed the boat behind us..

S&P has upped its GDP forecast for India
The latest forecast for India’s economic growth by Standard & Poor’s is out. The global rating agency now sees India’s gross domestic product expanding 6.4% in 2023-24, up from the 6% it had pencilled in earlier. That’s a respectable bump-up and S&P attributes it to the robust momentum in the domestic economy, which seems to have offset headwinds on the export front and lived down high food inflation.

Squid Game: The Challenge episodes 6-9 release date on Netflix, contestant's shocking revelations
Squid Game: The Challenge have raised complaints about Netflix allegedly subjecting them to living in the same 'nasty' tracksuits throughout the entire show. In the wake of the massive success of Squid Game, Netflix not only announced the production of another season but also introduced a reality game show inspired by the popular Korean series. Similar to the original Squid Game, 456 players vie for the chance to win an astonishing $456 million prize. However, participants have voiced strong criticisms against producers, with some even contemplating legal action due to perceived neglect of player safety. Contestant number 326, also known as Melissa, took to TikTok to disclose that players were required to wear a single outfit for the duration of their participation in Squid Games: The Challenge. Despite the limitation on clothing, contestants had access to underwear in bathroom drawers that they could change daily. The bathrooms also provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and spray-on deodorant to support their hygiene. When “Squid Game” premiered on Netflix in 2021, viewers were both captivated and terrified by the deadly child-like games featured in the story. The streamer debuted a new 10-episode competition “Squid Game: The Challenge.” In this version, real people get the chance to take part in challenges inspired by the show — without the life-threatening consequences. Over 450 contestants from across the globe kick off the competition where the winner leaves with $4.56 million.
