U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia is behind two new fabricated videos that appeared on social media this week falsely claiming that Haitians illegally voted in Georgia and that Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband received a $500,000 bribe from performer Sean Combs. The U.S. government issued a new warning about the fabrications Friday, a week after blaming Russia for another video that falsely claimed that ballots in Pennsylvania were being destroyed. Officials say foreign powers are working to undermine faith in the election, and government agencies in charge of protecting the vote on Tuesday have said the current torrent of false claims is greater than before. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) data showed that the pace of new card additions slowed to 620,000 in September from 920,000 in August, a fall of nearly a third. New card issuances have fallen by more than 64% from the year earlier. The latest additions take the total credit cards in force to 106 million. However, net new card additions are expected to slow down in the near term due to rising delinquencies in the credit card receivables,” said IDBI Capital analyst Bunty Chawla. “Lenders also remain cautious on new cards disbursements due to the RBI’s risk weight norms.”

business leadership was defined by managers who ruled enterprises top-down. Shaped by the world wars and the Great Depression, leadership in enterprises was defined by an almost militaristic control established through stringent rules and dictums. A 21st-century leader, on the other hand, is empathetic, and visionary, and leads by inspiring their teams to achieve a common vision, rather than forcing them to work until they drop. The backlash following EY employee Anna Sebastian Perayil's death has highlighted how corporate India's conditions can be deemed, in many cases, as being 'inhumane'. PepsiCo won the dismissal of New York's lawsuit accusing the beverage and snack-food company of polluting the environment with single-use plastic packaging, as the judge criticized the state's attorney general, Letitia James, for bringing the case. Justice Emilio Colaiacovo of the state Supreme Court in Buffalo said on Thursday that James failed to show PepsiCo created a public nuisance and should have warned consumers about the health and environmental risks of plastics in more than 100 of its brands. James sued PepsiCo and its Frito-Lay unit last November, seeking to hold them liable for endangering Buffalo's water supply by generating 17% of the plastic waste found in and near the Buffalo River. She also said the defendants deceived the public about their efforts to fight plastics pollution.
