NEW DELHI : Former US vice-president Al Gore-headed Generation Investment Management’s Just Climate LLP, and Singapore’s CapitaLand Investment Ltd are among entities exploring an acquisition of Radiance Renewables Pvt. The judge noted the necessity of confronting Kejriwal with extracted data from digital devices and other details. Kejriwal, in response, expressed readiness to cooperate with the agency and did not oppose the ED's plea for remand extension.
