IPL 2025 auction: Rishabh Pant to Piyush Chawla – 10 players Punjab Kings may target
Punjab Kings (PBKS) is one such team that has boasted several big names over the years but hasn’t left a significant mark on the league. However, the beauty of sport lies in its opportunities for redemption, and with the IPL 2025 auction just days away, PBKS fans are hopeful that their team will get it right this time. Known for their bold moves in the auction, PBKS has set the stage for an exciting rebuild under the guidance of their new head coach, Australian legend Ricky Ponting. PBKS has struggled with consistency over the years, reaching the IPL final only once, in 2014. Since then, they haven’t made the playoffs and finished ninth in the last season, with just five wins in 14 matches. This year, they released all their big stars, giving them a Rs 110 crore purse and four Right-to-Match (RTM) cards, setting the stage for a potentially game-changing auction.

TCIL may sell 15% stake in Bharti Hexacom in two or more tranches
TCIL) is likely to sell its remaining 15% share in Bharti Hexacom in multiple tranches for a windfall income. «The government is considering selling out 15% share in Bharti Hexacom in two or more tranches to maximise the proceeds.Decision not to sell the complete stake in one go previously helped the government to maximise its return by more than 60% over its target value of Rs 9,500-crore. Selling the balance stake in multiple tranches will further enhance value maximization for the government,» a senior Department of Telecommunications (DoT) official told ET. In April this year, the public sector firm sold 15% equity of the total 30% it had in Sunil Mittal-driven Bharti's unit Bharti Hexacom that fetched Rs 4,275-crore to the state exchequer at Rs 570 per share.

Where will NTPC Green be in 2030 ? Why should you subscribe to the IPO? Management answers
Gurdeep Singh, CMD, and Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director-Finance,NTPC & NTPC Green Energy, in talks with ET Now. Singh says that NTPC Green has a broad target of producing 60 gigawatt by FY32 but on a more immediate basis, they have operational capacity of 3.32 gigawatt and 13 gigawatt under construction. Singh says: “We were there yesterday, we are here today and we will be here tomorrow and going forward. Our clear-cut strategy is that we will be going very steadily while taking care of the good returns, but we are at present ready to execute large scale projects in different parts of the country.” NTPC Green favours large scale solar projects plus the wind projects rather than the smaller ones of 100 to 200 megawatt because smaller projects have to be in the queue to get connectivity in the pooling station. In case of a large-scale renewable energy park, the pooling station comes to the park.

Nvidia's shares fell 1.3 per cent after a report said its new AI chips were overheating in servers, as per a Reuters report. «While Nvidia is the last of the Magnificent Seven to report, you’ve seen a nice broadening in earnings and attention,» said Carol Schleif, chief investment officer at BMO Family Office. «It'll be noteworthy, but it doesn’t feel like there's the same level of impetus around it as there was a quarter or two ago.»
