TS Suites, Table Space's premium, flexible workspace solution, expects to achieve Rs 800 crore in standalone revenue by December 2025, driven by solid enterprise interest.
The firm recorded Rs 200 crore in revenue from January to September 2024, and sectors like BFSI, IT/ITeS, and consulting are looking for more managed office spaces.
«We started the year with just four centres, and by November, TS Suites has expanded to over 11 centres across seven cities, offering approximately 8,000–10,000 seats spanning 500,000 sq. ft.,» said Karan Chopra, a cofounder of Table Space. «This momentum, driven by BFSI and tech clients, has positioned us as a top choice for enterprises seeking high-quality, scalable workspace solutions.»
Launched as a modular growth solution for enterprises, TS Suites leverages Table Space’s deep understanding of corporate needs and its reputation as a leader in managed office solutions. These premium Grade-A workspaces are designed for flexibility and enterprise-grade compliance, addressing a gap in the market for fully built, ready-to-occupy suites with customisable leasing terms.
“We have achieved our first revenue target within nine months of operations with over 90% across operational centres. Five of the 11 centres were fully pre-leased before launch, demonstrating robust demand. BFSI accounts for 50% of TS Suites’ clientele, followed by IT/ITeS, consulting, and healthcare/pharma,” he said.
