She also requested Musk, 53, to undergo genetic testing to confirm paternity. The court filing includes a photo of Musk holding the baby and screenshots of text conversations between the two.

St. Clair claims Musk has only met the child three times: twice in New York for a total of three hours and once in Austin, Texas, for just 30 minutes. Her filing states that she is the sole decision-maker for the child and that Musk has shown little interest in taking responsibility.

What do the leaked texts reveal?

The leaked text messages paint a complex picture of Musk and St. Clair’s interactions. On the day of the child's birth, St. Clair shared a photo from the delivery room, to which Musk responded, «All well?» She replied, «He is perfect,» and Musk added, «I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.»

In another exchange, Musk commented, «I want to knock you up again,» after St. Clair sent a selfie with a friend. Musk also reportedly spoke about security threats, stating he was "#2 after Trump for assassination."
