markets Target Booking Sustainability wellness Trade recommendations 2 top stock recommendations from Vinay Rajani
«I feel that overall trend is quite bullish. Yesterday we saw that Nifty took out the resistance of 100 and 200 days’ exponential moving average which was placed at 23,400. Now it is expected that the previous resistance will act as a support now. So, 23,400 is a strong base for the market. In case of correction, I believe that Nifty should find support there and bounce back again,» says Vinay Rajani, HDFC Securities. What is the outlook for the markets because till yesterday we had seen six consecutive days of gains. Do you believe that that is all that was there to this up-cycle rally that we have seen or do you believe that the bears are going to once again take charge and that was the end of the rally and now we are once again looking to continue the kind of correction that we were seeing until two weeks ago. Vinay Rajani: So, I do not expect this market to reverse on the downside. There could be a minor profit booking or running correction. But the way it has surpassed the resistances, the way it has behaved in this recent rally, we have seen almost 8% rise, 1900 points rise in the Nifty while Bank Nifty has risen more than 9% and Smallcap Index has risen more than 15%. So, this has been fairly strong rally after a long time. As Ansh mentioned that the RSI of the Nifty reached to 71, that has happened for the first time after September 2024 when Nifty was at all-time high.

Target Action security President War Courts rights Nazis were treated better than Venezuelans deported by Trump, US judge says at hearing
U.S. appeals court judge said on Monday that Nazis were given more rights to contest their removal from the United States during World War Two than Venezuelan migrants deported by the Trump administration. In a contentious hearing, U.S. Circuit Judge Patricia Millett questioned government lawyer Drew Ensign on whether Venezuelans targeted for removal under a little-used 18th-century law had time to contest the Trump administration's assertion that they were members of the Tren de Aragua gang before they were put on planes and deported to El Salvador. «Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act than has happened here,» Millett said, to which Ensign responded, «We certainly dispute the Nazi analogy.» Prior to the Trump administration's invocation of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, the law had been used three times in U.S. history, most recently to intern and remove Japanese, German and Italian immigrants during World War Two. The Trump administration was asking the appeals court to halt Washington-based U.S. District Judge James Boasberg's two-week ban, imposed on March 15, on the use of the law to justify deportation of alleged Tren de Aragua members without final removal orders from immigration judges.

UPS Target Strategy wellness trends show Traders pick jewellery again, hope gold's sparkle rubs on
Jewellery stocks have gained traction over the past week after failing to earn returns in the previous three months. The stocks were under pressure on account of concerns over rising gold prices which may affect demand. However, companies expect to maintain the growth momentum in the March quarter as high prices are likely to support the top-line growth amid slower volume growth. Store expansion and rising average transaction values are key growth drivers for the sector. Listed jewellery companies including Titan Company, Kalyan Jewellers, PN Gadgil Jewellers, Thangamayil Jewellery, and Senco Gold have gained 2-20% over the past week compared with 4-40% drop over a three-month period. Fluctuating gold prices continue to be a double-edged sword for jewellery retailers. While higher prices boost revenue, they also impact affordability leading to softer volume growth. However, demand, among other factors, also depends on seasonal factors such as weddings and festivals.

Target Platform security President War information reports Trump officials ‘accidentally’ shared Yemen strike plans with journalist; here’s what happened next
Jeffrey Goldberg revealed that he was inadvertently included in a Signal messaging group wherein discussion of US military strikes on Yemen’s Houthi rebels was underway. The messages, Goldberg said, were exchanged between top officials of the Trump administration and outlined the plans for March 15 attacks. Goldberg detailed the incident in an article titled The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans. In the report, published on Monday, he disclosed that National Security Adviser Mike Waltz invited him to join a Signal group named Houthi PC small group on March 13—just two days before the strikes took place. As per the report in The Atlantic, initially skeptical, Goldberg suspected that the group was part of a disinformation campaign. He stated that he had strong doubts about the legitimacy of the texts in the group because he could not believe that national security leadership of the US would communicate on Signal about imminent war plans. However, the journalist was soon convinced of its authenticity. He saw real-time discussions involving senior officials of the Trump administration, including Vice President JD Vance and Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Target Remark Photos Freedom Justice show stage 'Will not accept if it leads to tyranny': Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on Kamra's remark on Eknath Shinde
Devendra Fadnavis has taken a strong stand on the alleged disparaging remarks made by stand-up artist Kunal Kamra against the state deputy CM Eknath Shinde. The Chief Minister while speaking in the state Assembly on Monday stated that the government would not accept freedom of expression if it leads to tyranny. The chief minister said, «We appreciate humour and satire. We accept political satire, but we do not accept freedom of expression if it leads to tyranny.» He stated that Kamra staged «low-quality» comedy. «This artist makes statements against the Prime Minister, the Chief Justice; he wants to gain fame by creating controversy. He targeted Eknath Shinde and staged low-quality comedy,» adding that the people will decide whether Eknath Shinde is a traitor or a selfish person. Further referring to Eknath Shinde as the heir to Balasaheb Thackeray's legacy, he questioned the opposition, asking whether they had given a «supari» for the stand-up show. «Balasaheb Thackeray's legacy is with Eknath Shinde… and those on the opposite bench support him, have you given a supari? This Kamra tweeted a photo of the Constitution; if he had read the Constitution, he would not have committed such atrocities,» he added.
