US Presidential Election 2024: Who is Gavin Newsom? Is he going to replace Biden as the Democratic Party’s official presidential nominee?
Joe Biden as the official presidential nominee of the Democratic party. This is after his “terrible” performance in the first US Presidential debate on Thursday. Though this may not be possible, some people are looking at potential candidates who could replace Biden. One such candidate is Gavin Newsom who is presently the Governor of the state of California, the hi-tech state of the US and home to the Silicon Valley. He is a supporter of Biden and may seem to be the ideal presidential nominee. However, there are several critics who are likely oppose his nomination, if at all Biden is replaced.

From spies to sea-level rise, Venice’s history is enthralling
Venice. By Dennis Romano. Oxford University Press; 800 pages; $41.95 and £31.99Visiting the Venice Biennale, one of the world’s largest art fairs that opened on April 20th and runs until late November, often evokes a disconcerting emotion. You come to see the works on display in the exhibitions that sprawl across the city, only to leave feeling guilty at having paid too little attention to the work of art that is Venice itself.Bedazzled by its loveliness and wondering at its sheer implausibility, outsiders have seldom managed to make objective appraisals.

Reed Sheppard arrived at the University of Kentucky last season as a decent shooter. Both his parents had played basketball for the Wildcats, meaning he’d been schooled in the nuances of swishing a basketball through an 18-inch hoop since his first attempts on a kiddie rim.
