Mahendra Patil, a senior civil judge in Maharashtra, had his vehicle registration rejected despite submitting his official ID card which he believed was the only requirement for compliance. MUMBAI : Adani Green Energy Ltd is close to raising $400-500 million from at least two Europe-based funds, two people aware of the deal said.
