New Delhi: Cautioning that there is an increased risk of contracting water-borne diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery and cholera in the rainy season, the Delhi government has issued an advisory mentioning dos and don't. The city health department's advisory was published in several leading dailies on Friday.

There is a possibility that if a storm becomes a supercell, an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Currently, we have a 2% elevated risk for a spin-up tornado according to the Storm Prediction Center.
