Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 1-year-old girl, Ta’yonni Johnson, from Warner Robins, Georgia, who is believed to have been abducted by 22-year-old Calvin Williams Johnson. The details about their relationship remain unknown. Ta’yonni Johnson is described as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes, while Calvin Williams Johnson is a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5′07″ tall and weighing 140 lbs. The last known sighting of Ta’yonni and Calvin Johnson was at 2699 Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins, Georgia. They were heading east in a 2003 Silver Jeep Liberty with the Georgia license plate CSX5096. The Amber Alert report emphasizes that Ta’yonni is in extreme danger, urging the public to report any information to 911 or the Warner Police Department at 229-886-0317. The Amber Alert program operates with the help of a collaborative effort between law enforcement agencies, transportation agencies, broadcasters and the wireless industry. Its purpose is to rapidly disseminate urgent bulletins in cases of serious child abductions, mobilizing the community to aid in the safe recovery of the missing child.

₹1,189 crore($145 million) London mansion linked to Russian property investor Andrey Goncharenko in one of the UK capital’s biggest residential deals in recent years, Bloomberg reported on 22 July. Ruia's family office purchased the Hanover Lodge mansion overlooking Regent’s Park at 150 Park Road in July through a sale of the home’s Gibraltar-incorporated holding company, the report added.

Ravi Ruia bought a £113 million ($145 million) London mansion linked to Russian property investor Andrey Goncharenko in one of the UK capital’s biggest residential deals in recent years. The family office of Ruia, who co-owns investment firm Essar Group, purchased the Hanover Lodge mansion overlooking Regent’s Park at 150 Park Road this month through a sale of the home’s Gibraltar-incorporated holding company, according to a person familiar with the matter. The mansion was owned as recently as two years ago by Goncharenko, the former deputy chief executive officer of Gazprom Invest Yug, a subsidiary of the Russian state-run energy firm. He bought the property’s outstanding lease in 2012 from Conservative Party peer Rajkumar Bagri for £120 million, the person said. The property “is under construction and became available at a price which makes it an attractive investment for the family office,” William Rego, a spokesperson for the Ruia family office, said in an emailed statement. The deal was first reported by the Financial Times.

Virgin Money is set to close nearly a third of its branches, citing «changing customer demand.» The decision may lead to some staff facing redundancy, though the company aims to redeploy some affected employees. The Unite union estimates up to 260 jobs could be lost as a result of the closures. This move is part of cost-cutting measures that have seen many high-street lenders shut down thousands of branches since the financial crisis.
