Taylor Swift fan, 16 years old lost her life in a direct clash with a semitrailer while she was on her way to the concert of the singer in Melbourne on Thursday as reported by USA Today.
Mieka Pokarier, and her 10-year-old younger sister Freya Pokarier, were being transported to the concert by Kim Litchfield, their mother from the Gold Coast when their car had crashed with a semitrailer in New South Wales at nearly 6 pm, as reported by The Sydney Morning Herald.

On Sunday, Freya was in an induced coma with brain swelling as well as organ impairment, as per a GoFundMe page which was formed for the family. She too had a broken leg and a possible fracture in the shoulder.
At the crash scene, treatment of Litchfield was done by paramedics, who was taken to Dubbo Hospital with minor wounds. The semitrailer driver was transferred to the same hospital in a steady condition.
The family was on a trip for 11 days planning the performance of Taylor Swift in both Melbourne and Sydney.
