This tour serves as a spiritual successor to Hagar's 2004 «Best of Both Worlds Tour» with Van Halen.
Hagar, known as the Red Rocker, officially announced the tour via his Instagram page on November 14. The tour aims to captivate audiences across the mainland United States and Canada, bringing together some of the most iconic names in rock music.

Presale for the «Best of All Worlds» tour begins on November 15, 2023, with a special code «REDHEAD» for access. Live Nation will also host a presale starting on November 16, 2023, with the code «BACKSTAGE.» General tickets will be available from November 17, 2023, through various channels, including Sammy Hagar's official website, Red Rocker, and popular ticket vendors like Ticketmaster.
In a press release, Hagar expressed his excitement for the upcoming tour, stating, «With Joe on board, we can take a deeper dive into those years.
