Adani Green shares in focus ahead of Q2 results today
Adani Green will be in focus in today's trade as the company will announce its results for the second quarter ended September 2024.
While there are no estimates for the quarterly numbers, Adani Green in its pre earnings update said the operational capacity increased by 34% YoY to 11,184 MW during the first half of the year with greenfield addition of 2,418 MW solar and 450 MW wind power plants.
Sale of energy for the quarter rose 20% YoY at 14,128 mn units in H1 FY25, backed by robust capacity addition. The company also saw steady growth in generation at a CAGR of 49% over the last 4 years with an increasing proportion of Merchant power.
Adani Green said it is consistently generating electricity significantly above commitment under PPA.
The solar portfolio CUF at the end of September 2024 stood at 23.9% backed by 99.4% plant availability, while wind portfolio CUF was at 35.7% backed by 95.0% plant availability.
