Adani Group shares surge up to 11.4% as SC rejects SIT probe demand

economictimes.indiatimes.comAdani Group companies rose in a weak market on Wednesday after the Supreme Court rejected a demand for a probe by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) into allegations raised by US-based short seller Hindenburg against the group.
The gains helped cut losses further triggered by the scathing Hindenburg report on January 24, 2023.
Yet, seven out of the 10 listed Adani stocks are 2% to 72% below the peaks hit before the release of the report. Adani Ports, Adani Power and Ambuja Cements are the gainers.
