SentinelOne , Inc. (NYSE:S) declined 9% after it issued full year guidance that trailed estimates.
AB InBev SA (BUD) declined 3% after Altria Group (NYSE:MO) announced plans to sell a portion of its investment in the company.
Under Armour (NYSE:UA) (UAA) climbed 6% after it announced that Kevin Plank will become President & Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2024.
Fisker (NYSE:FSR) declined 45% after a report said it hired advisers for a possible bankruptcy filing.
Coherus BioSciences (CHRS) declined 13% after posting a larger than expected loss per share in the fourth quarter.
Spruce Biosciences (SPRB) declined 75% after it said its CAHmelia-203 study of tildacerfont in adult classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia with severe hyperandrogenemia did not meet its primary efficacy endpoint.
Turtle Beach (NASDAQ:HEAR) gained 20% after it announced the execution of definitive agreements to acquire PDP, a leading gaming accessories provider.
Robinhood (NASDAQ:HOOD) climbed 3% after analyst at Bernstein initiated coverage on the stock with an 'outperform' rating.
