After-Hours Stock Movers:
BARK, Inc. (BARK) shares climbed 12% after it announced its preliminary third quarter fiscal year 2024 revenue ahead of its scheduled presentation at the ICR Conference. Total revenue was approximately $125 million, ahead of the high-end of its previously provided guidance range of $123 million to $119 million.
Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: RKLB) shares were up 3% after it announced it has been selected by and is under contract with the Space Development Agency (SDA) to design and build 18 Tranche 2 Transport Layer-Beta Data Transport Satellites (T2TL — Beta).
Microchip Technolog (NASDAQ:MCHP) shares declined 4.7% after it said preliminary revenue indication for the December 2023 quarter is to be down sequentially about 22% compared to prior guidance of down 15% to 20%.
Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) shares were lower by 1% after its CEO said for the fourth quarter 2023 estimated revenues are anticipated to decrease in the low-double digit percent range year-over-year.
Jefferies Financial Group (JEF) stock declined 2.4% after it reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.24 billion.
Extreme Networks , Inc. (Nasdaq: NASDAQ:EXTR) shares declined 8% after it said second quarter revenues are now expected to be approximately $294 to $297 million, compared to the prior outlook of $312 to $327 million.
Unity Software (U) gained 3.8% after announced that it plans to reduce approximately 1,800 employee roles, or approximately 25% of its current workforce, as it restructures and refocuses on its core business, and to position itself for long-term and profitable growth.
