Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods closed the acquisition of foodtech company Yumlane and its proprietary technology on Monday. The acquisition will enable Yumlane to leverage Curefoods’ network to enhance its proprietary pizza technology.

Founded in 2020 by former Flipkart executive Ankit Nagori, Curefoods houses a variety of brands such as EatFit, CakeZone, Nomad Pizza, Sharief Bhai Biryani and Frozen Bottle. It has over 200 cloud kitchens and offline stores across 15 cities in India.
