Ashiana Housing to launch luxury residential project ONE44 in Jaipur

Ashiana Housing Ltd, a listed real estate developer, is set to launch its luxury residential project, ONE44, in Jaipur in about a week’s time. Nestled on 3.5 acres of land, ONE44 is poised to redefine opulent living in Jaipur, according to the company. The official launch of the project is scheduled for February 18, 2024.

The project is designed to offer 144 luxury residential, and its development will be executed in phases. Phase 1 and 1A are expected to be completed by December 2028, with subsequent phases aligned with the guidelines of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

Funded through a carefully structured financial plan, the development of ONE44 is set to be a hallmark in luxury living. The average size of the residential within the project is estimated to be around 2,700 square feet, providing residents with spacious and comfortable living spaces.

Bollywood actress Dia Mirza on Tuesday unveiled the logo of the upcoming luxurious project. During the logo launch, Dia Mirza said, “The three most important aspects for any housing project are complete assurance of safety, quality, and on-time delivery. As per the company, ONE44 boasts an array of unique features that set it apart in the luxury real estate landscape. The project includes a Club House (G+2), Vehicular-free movement at the central garden, Drop-off area in front of all towers and the club, Box cricket and double-height indoor badminton court, Pool-facing Café and Gymnasium, Lawn tennis court and many more modern amenities.
