The fund is ASK Hedge Solutions' second offering under the Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) structure. ASK Index Plus Fund is aimed at high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) seeking innovative portfolio management solutions, the company said in a press release.
The company said the newly launched fund combines equity exposure with an actively managed long-short strategy, providing a sophisticated alternative to traditional large-cap funds. The fund uses a rule-based approach, focusing on momentum and low-volatility stocks from NSE indices, while also deploying index derivatives to enhance returns and mitigate risks.
