Assam delimitation proposal: Election Commission overlooked Supreme Court, says Gaurav Gogoi

Election Commission of India(ECI),Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi said that the election commission of India has decided not to wait for the Supreme Court to give its final order and have gone ahead to publish.
