Avatar: The Last Airbender' has proved itself commercially successful as well. With about 2.6 billion minutes of viewing in the first four days of its OTT release in the US, Netflix‘s live-action adaptation of Nickelodeon is credited for the second biggest week for any streaming title in 2024, reports 'The Hollywood Reporter'. It is just behind 'Fool Me Once', which received 3.04 billion minutes of viewing in January.
'Avatar: The Last Airbender' received almost the double viewing compared to Netflix's other series, 'One Piece'. The live-action adaptation of the popular manga of the same name got 1.3 billion viewing minutes in its first four days.

It was followed by 'Bluey' (Disney+) with 1.08 billion minutes, while 'Warrior' (Max/Netflix) with 948 million minutes came fourth and 'Young Sheldon' (Max/Netflix) with 936 million minutes came fifth. Grey’s Anatomy (Netflix) with 901 million minutes occupied sixth position and 'True Detective' (Max) with 889 million minutes was placed seventh. 'NCIS' (Netflix/Paramount+) finished eighth on the list with 737 million minutes and 'Monk' (Netflix/Peacock/Prime Video) with 705 million came ninth. 'Suits' (Netflix/Peacock) with 702 million minutes was placed tenth on Nielsen’s weekly streaming rankings.
